REFUND POLICY
We take every liability for our wrong services, like times when you ordered an academic paper or assignment and we were unable to deliver the paper on time and you miss your deadline. Assignment Helpmate will take full responsibility according to our rules and will pay you a fractional or full refund depending upon the situation. Refund policy is also practiced at times when the client is discontented with the supplied paper.
Refunds maybe paid back by cash to client’s bank, pay pal or credit card. Some universities have a cut of marks like 60 as 50 marks. If the client want a refund so they have to prove that the marks was provided by the university is consider as fail. Full refund will be given if company couldn’t grant the deadline extensions.
Here are some stipulations under which clients can claim a refund:
- The final delivered order is plagiarized.
- The final order is delivered after the assigned deadline.
- The paper is not according to the promised standards.
- Revision was not acceptable.
- Customer service did not respond within 24 hours
The customer has to write an email of refund claim to its assigned support staff member and then that member will transfer case to refund department.
A reimbursement request will only be entertained if it is made within seven days of delivery. After the Quality Assurance Department has assessed the claim, the refund shall be made after 10- 15 days. Moreover, if the client does not specify a full or partial refund in the claim, then the decision power rests with the QAD.
When the refund percentage finalises in any case, all the discounts given to that order will be waved off and deduct from refund percentage. For example, a customer gets 10% discount when placing the order. Afterwards customer claim for refund and the case goes in his favour also. Then whatever the refund percentage has been decided between company and customer, the 10% discount already given to customer at the time of order placing will deduct from the agreed refund percentage. Then remaining refund amount will be refunded to customer.
Cancellation of Order:
We provide writing order cancellation policy that facilitates our clients so that they can easily cancel their order. The cancellation of an order can be possible through simply avoiding payment process or you may request to us for cancellation. In contrast, the order could not be cancelled if writing or working on your order is started or completed by our writer’s team, in that case we can adjust half of paid amount in next order Moreover, we also have right to cancel or refuse any order due to any exceptional situation. At that time, clients are requested to make communication with our online representatives through live chat.
The company can cancel your order on the following events if:
1.There are not an adequate no writers for clients order.
2.The quality of order cannot meet the client’s expectation.
3.For insufficient time to complete the order.
